Bungalows, chalets and extensions
Wickford has a lot of bungalows and chalet homes being extended or fully renovated. These projects often join a new extension floor to an existing one, so we take care to match finished levels between old and new so the flooring can run straight through.
Matching levels across old and new floors
We set the new screed from a datum taken off the existing finished floor, allowing for the thickness of the planned floor covering, so there is no step at the threshold.
