Essex is a varied place to screed: Victorian and inter-war houses in the south and west, new-town housing in Basildon and Harlow, coastal properties around Southend, and growing new-build developments around Chelmsford and Colchester. We plan each job around the building, not a template.
Services we provide across Essex
We lay liquid and traditional sand and cement screeds, screed over underfloor heating, fast-drying screeds for tight programmes, self-levelling compounds and the floor preparation that goes underneath. Domestic jobs and commercial or subcontract work are both welcome.
Where we work most
Our core area is Billericay, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Basildon, Wickford and Rayleigh, with regular work further out in Southend-on-Sea, Colchester and Harlow, and into East London and Greater London by arrangement.
