New-town homes, modern upgrades
Much of Basildon was built as a new town from the late 1940s onwards, so many homes have original concrete ground floors that are uninsulated and sometimes out of level. Renovations here often mean breaking out or overlaying old floors, adding insulation and laying a new screed, sometimes with underfloor heating.
Commercial and industrial floors
Basildon’s industrial estates also bring commercial work: preparing and levelling existing slabs, bonded toppings and screeds for fit-outs. Send drawings and programme details through our quote form.
